These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the self-hosted Postiz instance operated by Red Lateral at social.redlateral.com ("the Service"). The Service is operated for the personal use of its owner.

The Service allows the connected social media accounts of its owner to schedule and publish video content programmatically, using the official APIs of the supported platforms (TikTok, YouTube and others). The Service is not offered to the general public and access is restricted to the owner.
The Service must be used in accordance with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of every platform it interacts with, including but not limited to the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, and the YouTube Terms of Service together with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. No content that violates the rules of those platforms may be published through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Red Lateral does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, timely delivery of scheduled posts, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Lateral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost content, missed publications or revoked platform credentials.
The Service relies on third-party APIs (TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Those platforms may suspend, modify or discontinue their APIs at any time, which can affect the operation of the Service. Red Lateral is not responsible for actions taken by such platforms regarding the connected accounts or the content published through them.
These Terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the effective date of the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
